CARBONARA PASTA

SERVES 1 PERSON
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Egg yolks
- A box of Bucatini noodles
- 2 cups Parmigiano Reggiano
- Salt&Pepper, Italian seasoning
- Turkey Bacon
DIRECTIONS:
- Boil your pasta for 9 mins (aldentie) with olive oil and salt
- While the pasta is cooking, cook your bacon in a pan
- In a bowl, crack 3 egg yolks, mix in the parmiginano and your seasonings
Before draining your pasta water, mix in a cooking spoon full on water in the egg mix

- After your pasta is drained in your pot or pan, mix your egg with the pasta and cut up your bacon to place on top, or just mix it in
- Plate your pasta, and you're all done!
