BROWN SUGAR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

INGREDIENTS:
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- Semi-sweet chocolate chunks (or chips)
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 10 tbsp salted butter
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- First, preheat the oven to 375 F
- In a pan, put the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Melt it down and don’t burn it
- Mix together your dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and add your egg, milk, and vanilla. Incorporate the brown sugar mix
- On a non-stick pan, spoon and ball your dough and place with enough space between cookies. This batch should make a dozen normal-sized cookies. Bake for 10 mins
- Let them sit till easy to pick up, and ENOUGH!
