SPICY CHICEKN QUESADILLA

SERVES 1 PERSON
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Corn or Flour Tortillas
- ½ cup Shredded Chicken
- Hot Sauce
- Paprika, Salt&Pepper, Chili Pepper, and Adobo
- Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- Half a stick of butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook chicken of any kind (fried, grilled, tender, etc) in an air fryer, shred it with two forks or a shredder
- In a pan, on medium heat, put as much butter and hot sauce as you want. Do not let this burn
When melted, place tortillas in the pan, on the tortilla, place your chicken and cheese. Place your second tortilla on top, and cover it.
- Let it cook for about 7 minutes, before flipping, put more butter and hot sauce, flip, and let it crisp like the other side.
- All done! Plate and cut into it! Sour cream and quac are my go-to sides
- When melted, place tortillas in the pan, on the tortilla, place your chicken and cheese. Place your second tortilla on top, and cover it.
